The right of cancellation applies only for private customers and doesn't apply for companies. Our policy lasts 14 days only for watches from the Sales section which are physically in stock. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we can't offer any refund or exchange for items from custom orders as well.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the absolutely same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All original manufacturer stickers and seals must be fully intact. As soon as the dealership approves the return, we will take care to ensure that the refund will be processed as follows:
Your refund will be issued in Bitcoin for the Euro value of your purchase, less transport and insurance costs, less any applicable fees, including any cancellation fees. Your refund will be converted from Euro to Bitcoin based on an exchange rate at the time once your return is received and inspected. You acknowledge that if the value of Bitcoin against Euro has risen since the time of your purchase, you will receive less Bitcoin than you paid at the time of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your blockchain address that was used for purchasing.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first rescan the blockchain and check your wallet again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except returns of defective or damaged items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
